[Self-Quarantine T-3] Taiwanese spring roll aka lumpiah. 🌯
—
It’s almost Qingming Fesitval (Tomb-Sweeping Festival), and it’s a tradition that we make these fresh spring rolls that are packed with vegetables, pork belly, sausage, eggs, shrimps, bean curds, pork liver, lima beans, and seasoned with peanut-powdered sugar mix. The wrapper is elastic and chewy, nothing like the ones people find in the supermarket. It’s been ages since I’m home during this period of time, and glad I am this year.
